I bled all the time for almost and year bc I put myself on birth control a week after birth and now I’m off of it and I’m not bleeding except for the 1week each month

Should I be worried if I had a Csection & bleeding stop that first week. Then mid week 2, I had a very heavy bleeding. Got less heavy & stopped by week 5. Bleeding light but bright red again at wk 6

I guess Ive been lucky after my first baby my periods got shorter and never cramped I've now had 6 total and my periods are 3 days long no cramps ever... they've been the same ever since my 1st
