@erekasfood: In episode 4 of my new series “ITA-LEAN” I am sharing how to cut the amount of olive oil and calories in a balsamic vinaigrette by almost ½. By doing this you well have much lower calories per serving. Full recipe below. Produces about 10 ounces of vinaigrette Ingredients: ¼ cup olive oil 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 medium sized ripe tomato cut into pieces 1½ tbsp honey ½ tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp salt Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.
