I have (JME= juvenile myoclonic epilepsy) and have a family that doesn’t really pay attention to me so in the mornings as I would try brushing my hair I would throw it out of nowhere so frustrating..

I know this video is old, but I had gotten diagnosed with epilepsy 5 years ago. I lived with symptoms my entire life, including these. Your videos have been so incredibly helpful with identifying seizures. I usually have myoclonic jerks right before big seizures, these are more annoying than anything. Thank you so much for sharing 💗

My dad has epilepsy and had myoclonic jerks a lot when I was little. We would give him sippy cups when it was bad. He actually dropped me when I was a baby due to a strong one. 😅

my daughter who is 25 now started having myoclonic perks at 12. some were mild, most were rough. they always lead into a tonic clonic. prayers for you sweet lady ❤️

Yesterday's myoclonic seizure had me throwing an entire pot of boiling coffee all over my stomach and legs 😭 mine usually come in clusters too
