If you work from home, you can wear it all the time and form a muscle memory to not move those face muscles anymore. I’ve been face taping for a few years now and I highly recommend.

Interesting people only wear these at night. Both my partner and I commented our faces are rather docile when sleeping so don’t understand how this would prevent further contractions while sleeping.
