@askvinh: I think storytelling is massively under-utilised in the workplace, and yet it's one of the most influential tools as a leader to inspire your team to take action. Most people think the only modality for communication is the words they use, however directives can only work to a degree. When you master the ability to story tell and tie the story to a relevant point or action, you become way more influential as a leader. Do you storytell in the workplace?
