You can use a calorie calculator, Google it. you enter your age, height weight, activity level, etc .. it will tell you how many calories u need to loose, gain and maintain weight

I've been eating 600-1000 calories a day with roughly 150-160 grams of protein while alternating running and weight exercises. since Jan of this year my starting weight was 330 I am now down to 210
