I’ve stopped buying all of the pre-packaged bs. Stopped fast food, avoid big-box stores over local businesses, etc. I’m drinking water out of my filtered tap now & I feel better. I also make iced tea.

I work at a grocery store in pricing, its worse then you all think. Its so many products, the worse recent one I've seen in Starbucks decreasing/ already decreased the amount of coffee in their K-Cups.
