I was going to cut the binding and put in plastic sleeves and then a three ring binder so it will be safe while cooking

So here’s a cool thing….. bought the book love it hate quinoa so no loss there but the recipe for rigatoni and sausage has no pasta in ingredients section. Great kudos to CJ the photos are incredible.

I have 72 & 73!! BTW, the sun dried tomato chicken pasta is DIVINE. Easily the best meal I have ever made. LOVE THIS BOOK!
