The show allowed the beef to simmer for 2 hours. I simmered it slowly over 4 hours. I actually prefer to pressure cook 40 mins high using my instant pot. Peel and cut potatoes and boil until you can easily poke a knife through the potatoes. Then I take some of the cooked marinade and let the potatoes soak in the sauce. Shred onions, sweet potato, carrots and zucchini and add salt to taste. Add 50% flour and 50 % corn starch and add water until it look like it is covered in a thick pancake batter. Get some vegetable oil hot to 350F and pan fry until crispy.
