when I come across back to back toilets and if the flange is fucked and my cable won't won't go down I usually cut the vent and add a clean out

I have cut the vent & installed a clean out tee on the vent for back to back toilets more than a few times.

if it's just a stipped up toilet...not backing up into the tub/shower...a $50 Ridgid closet auger would solve the issue..which is WAY CHEAPER THAN YOU...and yea and DRAINO ain't gonna do Shit

No you can’t use drano it heats up in toilet and makes the porcelain weak ant then your auger goes right threw it. No drano in toilets
