@deborasdei3: Humpday HIIT let's get it babes! 👊🏽😅💦These moves will get your heartrate up to scorch fat while also giving those glutes and leggies a good burn 🔥🔥If you have trouble feeling your glutes firing during these moves, do a few rounds of glute activation prior to starting this workout (search my hashtag "hbsculptgluteactivation" for ideas 🍑💡 Happy sculpting loves, let’s finish out the week strong! 💪 bands: tights: @Ladies Fitness Hub —————— 💦Perform each move for 40s followed by 20s rest 💦Complete 4 rounds 1️⃣Double band squat jumps 👉🏽Note, these can be performed without a long band; you may want to use a more challenging mini band in this case 👉🏽You can also face your anchor and perform your squat jumps holding onto the band (pull it back until it's nice and taut) rather than looping it around your hips if this is uncomfortable 2️⃣low 1/2 squat hold + row 3️⃣side squat shuffles + hop 4️⃣squat jump ball slams 👉🏽if you're worried about your floor, perform your ball throws into a stack of pillows or blankets -- I use a couch cushion here! 👉🏽If you don't have a ball, perform weighted squat jumps 5️⃣balancing skaters 👉🏽these were such an awesome core and balance challenge!
