This is my 2nd mop. I got the 5 pro. Is it supposed say please begin self clean while I'm mopping? like I barely start mopping after a few minutes and it'll say please begin self cleaning mode.

I bought it about a year ago. It only allows you to use its special cleaning solution. The brush rollers are super soft material that don’t really seem to “scrub” very well.

I won’t lie. It’s a game changer for it to sweep and mop at the same time and do it well is crazy. The fact that the rest of the world doesn’t know about this really blows my mind.
