Disagree. It’s only true if you have an artificial worldview, in which you base results on mere viewable gains. Not only looks, but being healthy, the sense of accomplishment, & etc feels good.

for me it was the other way around ..I hated gym but loved football, got knee injuries and am now coming to gym with a PT and enjoying it 🤣
