it almost always recur after aspiration. as long as it is indicated better be resected with proper technique (cyst should be removed from z base) to avoid recurrence🙄

The preferred rx is surgical excision with complete removal of the cyst wall. Aspiration will definitely leads to its recurrence.

No...It's not good Rx.-plan Unless the cyst/sack remove from the site it will reoccurring so it's better to totally remove with very minor incision
