A couple of white cabbage leaves, pop them in the freezer then when they are frozen pop them in your bra!! You won’t smell nice but gives such relief!

I had this in both boobs with edward at 10 weeks and i had to give up feeding from it as i couldnt feed through it x

Freeze cabbage leaves and place on boob. The cabbage will draw the heat out. The cold feels good. The cannage leaf will literally look wilted from drawing the heat out.

My doctor told me to massager my boob once I’ve had somthing hot on it then use my electric toothbrush to break the duck down, hope your feeling better I’ve just finished nh antibiotics xxx

Honestly my episiotomy and stitches down there were so much worse than my C-section that I’ve just had. The pain walking and sitting was awful 😫 glad you’re starting to feel better ❤️🩹

Hot shower, direct the water on it and gently massage it (there will be a blocked duct somewhere). Pump and feed on it. I had it with my 3rd and its awful, i was so poorly with it. X

Straight follow! I’m 11w with my 2nd my 1st is already 5 I ‘almost’ forgot all the crap from postpartum 🥲 no tips as mastitis made me give up on bf last time but hope the meds work for you quick! x
