I have back pain, eye floaters and always exhausted. I do 12 hour shifts up to 6 days a week just to afford to live though...

I have had a dull ache constantly in the middle of my back that doesn’t feel like muscles- I went for blood tests and scans and showed nothing. The doctor put it down to muscle pain but I’m unsure😭

Well I’ve had back pain for 4 years eye floater for 10 years and I’ve no energy but doctors won’t see me as nothing is thought to be a problem
