@joshuaoguntuase: You don’t actually need to eat before you train. Over the last year or so, I’ve trained fasted. Numbers are good. Works especially if you are training first thing and your workout isn’t over 90mins. You can eat oatmeal, but again if you want something 30-45mins prior as a boost, better options. I don’t care what you think about cereal, it’s nice and I’ll always eat it. Moderation mate 👍🏾
