Soooo true! I’ve got emails, phone calls, & bs appt receipts. Im just crap at making TT’s. I’d love to do a series exposing them. Big hospitals, UVA, VCU, Mayo, it’s ridiculous.

let me tell you i have adhd & every valuable help i got was from eastern medicine, meditation & spiritual "gurus"+ gut health + neuroscience. Western medicine before was making me worse.

Aside of the Hypermobility my np psychiatrist told me they’re is a good chance I’m neurodivergent but my pcp was like oh you aren’t autistic. 😒 I’m like cool could you check anyway..
