This one was SPICY 🥵🌶️ Ingredients: -1 jar spicy red pasta sauce  -1 lb pasta of choice (I chose mafaldine) -2 tbsp olive oil -1/2 lb spicy italian sausage -1 shallot, diced -5 large garlic cloves, minced -2 tbsp chopped calabrian chilis -1/4 cup white wine  -8 oz heavy cream  -2 tbsp butter -1/4 cup pasta water  -Parmesan cheese, to taste -5-10 basil sprigs -Salt and pepper, to taste -Burrata, for serving (if desired) -Red pepper flakes for serving, to taste Method: -Start by boiling some water in a pot, salting your pasta water, and cooking your pasta according to the package (al dente). Make sure to reserve a cup of pasta water. Strain and set aside.  -In a large saucepan, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Add spicy sausage and crumble/break apart as it begins to cook. Continue to stir around and break up until it is almost cooked.  -Once the sausage is almost cooked, add shallot. Saute for a minute or so before adding the garlic and calabrian chilis.  -Let this cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently, before deglazing with white wine. Let simmer for a minute or until most of the liquid is gone. -Add pasta sauce, heavy cream, butter, and shredded parmesan cheese. Stir and let this heat up for a few minutes to get nice and hot before adding your cooked pasta and pasta water. Stir well so pasta gets fully coated in sauce.  -Add sprigs of basil and extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
