i don’t get why they act like we’re a burden when they were once in our shoes 🙄 the one thing they teach me is to never be like them, and at least that’s learning something. i’d love to have students

I would report it to your instructor. They should be excited to have you and to teach you. I love having stoops when I was at the bedside. I also have worked in education & school won’t allow it

1) Nooo!! Please find a way to participate. As a nurse I want my students to be engaged, even when it doesn’t seem like it. We are often really busy and unintentionally leave you behind.

Coming from a burnt out nurse, we don’t get warning that we have a student. It just gets thrown at us in the middle of shift change. It slows us down significantly and we get behind. It’s not you!
