wait i dun understand isnt the car turning suppose to wait for the green arrow? coz if u look at the traffic light on the top left after it turns red a green arrow signalling to turn appears

At times, even slowing down, it is hard to react to amber light when car is at abt ~10m to traffic light. Hve only spilt sec to decide go or stop. If stop will break too hard, if go have to speed up
