I ordered a Yinyang Bowl, a half tonkotsu-half spicy tonkotsu ramen, a Katsuobushi Pork Ramen, and an Eel Kamameshi. The Yinyang Bowl was interesting because one bowl was divided into two and held two different ramen flavors inside. The tonkotsu ramen was rich and savory, and the spicy tonkotsu ramen had a fiery kick to it. The Katsuobushi Pork Ramen had huge chunks of chashu pork and chewy noodles inside a savory pork broth strengthened by the katsuobushi added on the top. The Eel Kamameshi was a personal-sized pot that was directly cooked with rice inside. There were slices of grilled eel on skewers together with sweet egg pieces. What a treat this was. I really found this restaurant interesting, as it seems like they are continually trying to evolve their cuisine, featuring new or unexpected ingredients.
