Rosie!! This is me at the moment. I’ve been off the pill for almost a year and I only get pimples on my forehead!!! My face is so horrible, and I’ve always had clean skin before I went on the pill… :(

Rosie you are beautiful. But I had the same problem and the best thing that helped clear it up was the Carbon Theory Anti Breakout Charcoal & Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Bar, I still use it every day❤️

If you dogs go on your bed, change your pillow every other day - and stop touching it! 😬 get a good basic cleaners and moisturiser and could be SPF breaking you out, try a different one xx

I suffered so so much with acne, wouldn't leave the house. in the end I had a course of accutane. I'm 4 weeks off the antibiotic and still clear ☺️

I'm the same. I came off the pill 4 years ago and about 6 months later boom acne. It's frustrating. I'm 38 it's crazy. 😩

It could be the water coming from your tap in Australia, especially if u are used to different water. My skin is also sensitive and I found out using the water on my skin irritates it

I had the exact same thing on my chin and cheeks and I’ve just had SQT micro needling and it has completely cleared it away along with a good liquid cleanser! Also stop touching it with your hands 🧡

Are you able to take Roaccutane? I had horrible acne and did 2 rounds of Accutane and it completely cured my acne.

If this is any help I had bad acne and had a really good skincare routine was really healthy but maybe try going of skincare for a little bit because I found out it was my skincare that cause my acne
