Every now and then is cool. We don’t allow it at all unless he’s feeling bad. It’s the kids that come in with headphones on and already in their pad that drive me crazy.

Most of the glances are all from ppl without kids too. And they will judge if you let them watch a screen and also judge if your kid is screaming. Can’t win.

As long as the screen time isn't disturbing other diners (loud noise coming from them, etc.) then agreed! If your kids' screen time is disturbing other diners, that's when it's a problem...

ppl should mind their business about tablets in restaurants tbh. we use ours bc our in laws insist we go to dinner at 8pm (1.5 hrs after their bedtime). my kids do NOT do well after bedtime....at all.

My kid is such a people watcher we don’t use screens but if bro was upset I would pull my phone out so fast 😅 idk why people judge based on 30 mins they see of a kids life

We rarely go out to eat anymore but if we do our toddler gets to watch tv otp bc he literally will NOT sit still especially if he’s hungry.
