i got a no fault eviction 12 months ago as landlord want to rent it by room not as a whole property , i didnt not move anywhere , we kept with our rent and we are still put .

A gimmic to release the pressure on council housing and to not build more houses and be questioned about it. They want to shift the burden to the landlords. No landlord evicts people who pays on time.

All this means is if you have a tenant that pays thier rent on time and are looking after your property you can’t just kick them out unless your family member is moving in or yourself or selling up.
