ش fries 🧞‍♂️- 🍤🥔اللي هي بطاطس جمبري المقادير: العجينة تكفي لحد تقريبا ٤ كيلو بطاطس ٢.٥ كوب دقيق ٨ ملاعق كبيرة نشا (تقريبا ١.٢٥ كوب) ملعقة صغيرة صفار زعفران ٢ ملعقة صغيرة ملح ٢ ملعقة صغيرة فلفل ٢ ملعقة صغيرة بودرة ثوم ٢ ملعقة صغيرة بودرة بصل ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا تقريبا كوب ونصف ماء (حسب سمك العجينة) بهارات بطاطس حسب الرغبة نقطع بطاطس صوابع رفيعة و بلاش تبقى تخينة في طبق كوبايتين و نص دقيق عليهم معلقتين بودرة بصل و ٨ معالق كبيرة نشا ذرة معلقتين بودرة ثوم و معلقة صفار زعفران و معلقة بابريكا و رشة ملح و فلفل اسود نخلطهم و ننزل بكوب و نصف مياه و احنا بنقلب نقلب البطاطس في العجينة كويس و نحمرها في زيت سخن Ingredients: - Dough enough for approximately 4 kg of potatoes - 2.5 cups of flour - 8 tablespoons of cornstarch (approximately 1.25 cups) - 1 teaspoon of saffron powder - 2 teaspoons of salt - 2 teaspoons of pepper - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder - 2 teaspoons of onion powder - 1 teaspoon of paprika - Approximately 1.5 cups of water (depending on the thickness of the dough) - Potato spices to taste Instructions: 1. Cut the potatoes into thin strips, making sure they are not too thick. 2. In a bowl, mix two cups of flour with two tablespoons of onion powder and eight tablespoons of cornstarch. 3. Add two teaspoons of garlic powder, one teaspoon of saffron powder, one teaspoon of paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper. 4. Mix well and gradually add one and a half cups of water while stirring. 5. Coat the potatoes in the dough mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
