Go to the court date, most times cops don’t show up for these. You can contest and the judge can see that the cop failed to do his due diligence and is also look into seeing if cop knew other driver

Dude same exact thing happened to me when I was pregnant and their wasn’t any cameras and I started yelling at them bc they weren’t listening to me bystanders had to keep telling them

Dude same thing happened when I was 16 but he didn't even ask me what happened and lied on the ticket and tried to give me negligence. Go to court and fight it, especially if the report has false info

I got ran off the road by a semi who didn't even see my car & got listed as at fault because I was the only car at the scene even with witnesses who told the deputy what they saw
