Recipe below: 335g caster sugar 335g butter, softened 335g self raising flour 2 tsp baking powder 6 eggs Green, yellow, pink, purple food colouring 1 tub of vanilla frosting Black icing Preheat your oven to 160c and grease and line 4 20cm round cake tins. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the remaining cake ingredients. Divide into 4 bowls and add food colouring to each bowl. Pour evenly into the prepared tins and smooth over. Bake for 20/25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Leave to cool completely. Meanwhile shape your brown foundant into two feet. Use a cookie cutter to cut out 3 rounds from the cake, the cake remains can be used for cake pops or frozen. Layer the cakes up with a layer of buttercream in-between. Pipe a large amount of frosting on top and add a candle.
