In my experience, most people who don't see the need for labels don't recognise its because they fall under the 'default' ones 🤷♀️

Oh I relate. It’s been so painful, age 53 diagnosed. Also very late diagnosis of Bipolar. Addiction for decades. So grateful my daughter diagnosed with ADHD aged 21.

Exactly. Being able to understand myself because of this label has been helping me find myself again. I just wish others would try to understand instead of just wanting me to change all the time.
