its because they switched the seats, gave it to an employee or something. they moved me from row 5 to 32. Spirit should stop this practice.

Happened to me this week. They changed my seat last minute because a child who was traveling alone needed my seat in the front. Understandable but it was confusing for me. The staff helped me though.

You should get the seat you pay for without being moved. If the plane needs to move people around, flyer should agree and get compensation.

Spirit changed it after she put her boarding pass in her Apple wallet. They did it to me but I got switched to a better seat. No complain😃
