FULL RECIPIE: 370 Calories | 33G Protein Per serving (Serves 4) 300g Chicken Breast 1 Small Red Onion 1tsp Garlic Purée 30g Tomato Purée 1tsp Honey or Sugar 30g Light Soft Cheese 100g Broccoli 230g Dried Orzo 550ml Chicken Stock Seasonings: Smoked Paprika, all purpose, mixed herbs, salt and Pepper. 1. Season chicken breast and fry in a pan for about 10 minutes until cooked. Set aside. 2. In the same pan, cook butter and red onion until soft. Add garlic, tomato purée, and honey. 3. Add chicken stock, orzo, and the same seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Stir in soft cheese and cooked broccoli. 5. Top with sliced chicken.
