Honestly… I can’t express this enough, you wont regret making it. For me air frying the sandwich was a game changer ; -2 slices sourdough bread  Mix; -Fresh basil chopped -½ small avocado -diced spring onion  -chilli flakes Then add; - vegan cream cheese -Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil -30g vegan feta Air fry until toasted and enjoy! 6:15pm Super green pasta 🥬🍝 -Add salt & pasta to boiling water  -1 Tsp crushed garlic -200g cavolo nero -200g spinach  Remove the tender greens into blending cup and add: -1 Tsp olive oil -1 tbsp nutritional yeast Add some pasta water with 30g vegan cheese and blend together. Drain the pasta and add your newly made sauce.  7:00pm Biancomangiare 🍮🌰 -500 ml almond milk -100g golden granulated sugar -50g cornstarch -1/4 tsp salt -1 organic unwaxed lemon -1 small cinnamon stick -a handful of almonds to serve (optional) In a sauce pan and whisk the sugar, cornstarch, salt and 4 tbsp of the almond milk into a smooth slurry. Then whisk in the rest of the milk. Peel one strip of the lemon peel and along with the cinnamon stick. Slowly bring the liquid to a gentle boil over medium-low heat while stirring constantly. Once it begins to boil, remove the peel and cinnamon and continue simmering the liquid until it begins to thicken. Now turn the heat to low and continue whisking for another 5 minutes. Divide the mixture evenly. Let it cool off, then refrigerate it for a minimum of 1 hour.
