I took an LOA for my daughter’s MH issues and then extended it for my own since I was really struggling. I was also getting treatment for a WC injury while being out. I go back in two weeks

In my experience, once I disclose I need accommodations, I have had a target in my back. I disclosed to my boss I have high functioning anxiety so when he schedules a meeting with no context I lose

I have Multiple Sclerosis and depression & anxiety are two of the biggest symptoms. I filed for an accommodation on top of my FMLA for therapy services and was denied cause meds are a limited option.

I got fired 2.5 weeks after my RA request. At will during prob period w/ the state. Gov work sucks anyway. 🤷♀️
