I use Celtic and just learned in not as good as I thought .. there is a pure salt that you can order .. can’t remember what the name is but I’m sure a kit or research you can find it

I read that unless the salt has a negative charge it won’t go into cells. Sea salt works because of water. Himalayan salt. I understood has a positive charge.

Always use iodized even in Sea Salt they always told us they started iodized to help regulate the blood pressure as plain salt throws blood pressure all over the place.
