Honestly, and it makes me sad as a gamer nerd teacher who grew up very online very early, but online videogames are as big of a problem as phones and socials. So yeah screens in general.

And it doesn’t have to be life altering. Sometimes if they watch a YouTube with a kid screaming for 15 minutes and then you’re like 🤷🏻♀️why are they screaming so much?!

We had kids reenacting squid games at recess as low as 2nd grade when it came out… it was crazy. I didn’t even have the mindset to watch it. But 2nd graders!!!
