why does apple juice slap after u have a baby i literally drank all the apple juice out the fridge they had at the nurses station they went & got more i drank those 😭😭🤣

I cramped SO much after my second delivery. It felt like full blown labor contractions. I took Tylenol & Motrin every 6 hours around the clock and it only sorta helped 🫠
