I agree with pretty much all of them except for the bedtime. Sleep is so important for brain development and function. Especially in kids.

Honestly I’ve noticed that if you don’t care about bedtime they more than likely will go to bed early. That’s just me and my experience though.

I get the bed time thing but I thank my parents for it. I have a perfect sleep schedule as a high school student and am able to feel rested .
