For the fresh dill, garlic, pepper, and dill seed we did not measure precisely. We split and sprinkled what we had on hand. The brine recipe is enough for roughly 2-quart jars. Refrigerate for 1 week to marinate, and they’re ready to eat. Good for 4-6 weeks after that.
