I asked Google Milk and butter It's an easy substitute that'll work for most recipes. The butter adds extra fat to the milk, making its fat percentage similar to that of heavy cream.

I just got to Sam's, grab the giant jug of heavy cream and freeze in ice cube trays. each is about 1/4th a cup so I know I need 4 cubes for 1 cup. helps avoid waste
