@themonticarlo: Why does your silicone smell bad? When it comes to residues, like the ones you get from food, oils, and detergents, silicone is like glue. (Said in my best @duttypaul) But it’s an easy fix! Just rinse and bake silicone in a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes or until the smells dissipate. ✨TIPS✨ 👉Make sure your item is 100% silicone and not plastic that looks like silicone. 👉Don’t put silicone in the oven if there are any other materials involved (like a silicone spatula with a wood-handle). 👉If you use super powerful dishwasher detergent, try cleaning silicone by hand. #kitchentips #KitchenHacks #silicone #siliconemolds #smelly@tiktok creators
