Məncə çox az uşaq anası ilə atasının bir birinə sevgi ilə baxmasına şahid olub. Valideynlərinin savaşmasına şahid olanlar daha çoxdur, heyif 💔

birdə o evdən ailədən uzaqlaşan uşaqlar və xoşbəxtliyi başqa yerdə başqalarında axtaranlar,qəlbləri qırılanlar.Çalışın övlandlarınızı xoşbəxt yaşadın xoşbəxtçiliyi öz evində ailəsində tapsın,yaşasın

𝕃𝕖𝕥’𝕤 𝕄𝕒𝕜𝕖 𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕝𝕖 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕥 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕖𝕣! 🍎🍏 I often come across bread recipes that use fruit yeast starter as a natural leavening agent and I became curious about. I decided to make my own fruit starter to see what’s the big deal about it. You can use almost any high-sugar fruit to make fruit yeast water like apples, raisins, blueberries and grapes. I decided to use apples as they are readily available almost anywhere in the world. Fruit yeast water is a natural leavening agent, perfect for baking bread and other fermented products. It introduces wild yeasts that impart a unique flavor and texture to your baked goods. Today we are using apple yeast water to build a natural starter for sourdough. This method is valued for its ability to produce light, airy loaves with subtle sweetness. How to build Apple Yeast Starter ➡️ Wash and dry an organic apple (choose organic to avoid any pesticides that might inhibit yeast growth) ➡️ Chop the clean 🍎 into small pieces and place them in a clean jar and fill it with filtered water ➡️ (optional) Add a tablespoon of sugar to kickstart the fermentation process. ➡️Cover the jar with a cheesecloth or a loose-fitting lid to allow air to escape. ➡️ Place the jar in a dark and warm place (~25-28C) ➡️ Shake the apple yeast water gently twice a day. ➡️ After 3-5 days, you should notice bubbles forming, indicating that the yeast is active. ➡️ Strain out the apple pieces and transfer the liquid to a clean container. ➡️ Add equal amounts of the liquid and flour. Mix well and set aside in a warm place, ideally 25-28C ➡️ The starter will double in 4-6 hours ➡️ The starter is now ready to be used to make bread!
