Sourdough should be for everyone and if the grams part is what is holding you back you do NOT have to operate that way! Both methods can make great bread and with each the more important factor is your baker’s intuition and reading the signs the dough is giving you. I use a scale when baking in larger quantities because it speeds the process up for me and uses less dishes 😂🫶🏻
