I had preeclampsia and when I went to the hospital bc I was not feeling right at all. Gut feeling to go to hospital. My liver and kidney were both shutting down

I had a headache yesterday and text my friend saying “I can’t wait until a headache is just a headache” 🤣 I just went to bed and it was gone when I woke up!
