this was me. got the bonus at a dept. transfered, no longer got the bonus so no more services. they got mad but some of the ppl above me got the bonus, they just didn't want to bother

Facts..I’m fluently bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English and I work in healthcare and they used to always ask me to translate for patients before they purchased the translation line and tablets
