Nothing Basic about these Cinnamon Rolls 😁 #homemade #cinnamonroll #EasyRecipe #cinnamonrolls #try #fyp Cinnamon Rolls 2 1/2 C. Flour (Bread or AP) 1 tsp. Active Dry Yeast 1/2 C. Milk 3 TBS. Butter 1/2 tsp. Salt 3 TBS. Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 C. Brown Sugar 2 tsp. Cinnamon Icing: 1 C. Powdered Sugar 1-2 TBS. Milk 1/2 tsp. Vanilla In a large bowl mix together 1 cup of flour and yeast. Heat milk and butter; then mix the salt and sugar in. Add warm milk mixture, egg, and vanilla to the flour/yeast and mix on low speed until combined. Turn mixer to high and mix for 3 minutes. Now using a spoon mix in 1 cup of flour until the dough comes together. Dough will be shaggy and sticky. Using the remaining half a cup of flour on your work area turn out the dough and knead it for 6-8 minutes incorporating as much remaining flour as you need till you’ve got a smooth dough. Form the dough into a large ball then place into a lightly greased bowl; cover, allow to rest and double in size for one hour. After an hour turn the dough out onto a lightly floured area and roll it out into a 13 x 9” rectangle. Brush melted butter on top of your dough. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon then evenly sprinkle mixture over the buttered dough. Roll the dough starting at the long end. Pinch together the seams to seal it up. Slice into the desired size rolls you like, using some kitchen twine. Place the sliced cinnamon rolls in a lightly greased baking pan and cover; let dough rest and rise for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes bake your cinnamon rolls in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Make your icing by mixing together, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, till smooth. Top your cinnamon rolls with the icing. Eat and enjoy.
