@moveu: The reason why you are not seeing the results you want:  The problem is, if you're not doing them right, you might be wreaking havoc on your spine instead of working your booty. YET, AGAIN! *noooooo*  SO film yourself or get in from of a mirror‼️ Look to see if you have any movement of the spine as you bridge up and down 👀 Get to know yo body! Hint: with this exercise there should be no movement of the spine. No flexion, no extension! Nada! ❌ Instead, focus on the ball and socket of your hip during this exercise. This is where the movement is occurring! So simmer down that spine and get the right muscles firing. Here is a breakdown of proper glute bridge form:  1. Lie down on the floor, bend your knees, and place your feet down. 2. Place your arms by your sides with your palms faced down. 3. Press your low back into the ground to engage your core. 4. Lift your hips up keeping your core engagement. 5. Squeeze your glutes at the top and avoid overarching your back. 6. Hold for a couple seconds and then come back down. R.I.P.
