@foodkagechris: Yor's Southern Stew 🍳🍲 from Spy x Family Season 1 Episode 16 Recipe: -400g beef -100ml water -2 tbsp oil -3 tbsp paprika powder -salt and pepper -4 Potatoes  -2 carrots, diced -1 large onion, diced -3 garlic cloves, minced -2 tbsp flour -250ml red wine -250g tomato sauce -2 tbsp worcester shire sauce -600ml chicken or beef broth -2 tbsp sour cream -1/2 tbsp sugar -MSG -2 Egg, sunny side -optional: 2 Sausages, octopus shaped (Yor's Mom Version) Cut the beef into chunks. In a pan at medium-high heat, add some oil. Add your beef, season with paprika powder, salt, MSG, sugar and pepper. Fry until golden brown and transfer the beef into a pot. Deglace the pan with 100ml water and add this to your pot.  Into the same pan add oil and lightly fry your potatoes. Add your carrots and onion, fry until the onions are translucent. Add the flour, the garlic and cook 1 more minute. Transfer everything into the pot.  To the pot add red wine, tomato sauce, worcester shire sauce, beef or chicken broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling reduce the heat to low and continue simmering for 2-3 hours or until the beef is tender.  At the end add some sour cream like in the anime. Also serve this with a sunny side eggs.
