As a woman who’s been bullied for her body size, I relate so hard but society has convinced me inner dialogue that those things are true. Society isn’t kind to women, and particularly plus size women.

I was doing positive self talk for a while & it was really helping, but stopped for a while & the bad voices came back. Recognized that & started back up again. It really does help.
