With limited halal options around Shin-Fuji Station, we were thrilled to find this conveyor belt sushi restaurant that doesn't use alcohol in their sushi rice! (Please double-check during your visit, as ingredients can change.) You're shown to your table and given a tablet to place your order. The food arrives on the conveyor belt next to you. Here's what we ordered: 🐟 Salmon Nigiri 🍣 Tuna Nigiri 🥢 Seared Salmon Nigiri 🐟 Seared Tuna Nigiri 🧀 Seared Salmon, Mayo, Cheese Nigiri 🥔 Buttered Potatoes Despite being a conveyor belt spot, this was the first sushi restaurant where we didn't have to stick to just sashimi. We loved it and ate till we were stuffed. Highly recommend if you're in the Shin-Fuji area.
