Put a little bit of oil on first or you won’t get them off, the metal starts to tarnish and you can’t get them off I had to cut mine off but I tiny bit or grease first and they are perfect

Better hope you don’t clip the curb with them on as they now protrude the rim and tyre by the looks of it and if they are you could rip them out causing instant loss of pressure.

do not do this . adding extra weight to the valve is not going to end well . especially on the motorway.
